About this instrument

This is one of the last pre-factory PRS guitars made. In 1994, PRS started mass producing guitars in large numbers relying largely on automated machinery. This one is largely hand made and was my first exceptional quality guitar. It plays great, sounds great and has excellent tuning stability.

I bought this PRS used in 1994 and it was my main guitar until 2001. It made a brief appearance on the Half Life album Singe (the guitar solo for the song "Pale Blue Sky"). It was prominently featured on the Half Life Imprinting album appearing on all tracks except for "Sell Out" and "Dream". Anyone who came to a live show between 1994 and 2001 would probably have seen me with this guitar.
