1997 MJ Mirage Sustainer Kevin Cadogan
About this instrument
MJ Mirage Custom built for Kevin Cadogan of Third Eye Blind. This guitar was a favorite of Cadogan’s and was used to record the debut Third Eye Blind album in addition to their second album Blue. Cadogan also used this guitar extensively on his solo albums. This Mirage and its distinctive sustainer was used on fan favorite songs “God Of Wine,” “Wounded,” “Darkness” and “Red Summer Sun” in addition to Cadogan solo songs like “Here In The Still.”
A true collector’s item, this guitar was custom made to Cadogan’s specifications, including a Sustainiac pickup, kill switch, Wilkinson whammy bar and his initials in the guitar’s serial number. The sustainer lets you create endless sustain and turn notes into harmonics!
