I wanted a great sounding and playing electric 12 string that didn't weigh 30 lbs like my Moonstone double neck. This is one of the best ones on the market.

The Duesenberg Double Cat is a semi-hollow electric guitar featuring a solid American alder body with sound chambers, a laminated maple top, and a 25.5"-scale set maple neck.
